Western Bahr El Ghazal State Assembly called off its regular sessions in a bid to allow members go to consult their constituencies on issues of concerns.
The House Speaker Mario Nyibang says the members after successfully passing more than ten bills in the three-month recess would sensitize communities on the peace process, Radio Voice of Hope reported.
He says next assembly sessions will make members accountable for absenteeism through the new conduct of business which spells out clear penalties procedures.
The Speaker lamented that poor roads and lack of transport might hinder other members from reaching their communities.
The State Assembly was running sessions with only thirty-two members, others lost their seats after being convicted and others appointed to the executive lower positions.
