Tombura-Yambio Catholic Diocesan Vicar General says there is need for trustworthy decisions to alleviate peace obstacles in South Sudan.
In his Sunday homily in Nzara Parish Monsignor Anthony Bangoye advised the congregation to abstain from tribalism, hatred and revenge killings, stressing on forgiveness and reconciliation among the people of God, Radio Anisa reported.
The Vicar General urged people to believe and pray consistently to the Almighty God for true peace to come to South Sudan.
He condemned the communal clashes that forced people out of their homes and claimed lives in Yambio County from late July to early August.
He thanked state and national governments for their quick intervention to calm the tensions in Yambio.
