Yei Catholic Diocese Saint Bakhita Health Centre midwife cautions pregnant mothers against taking a risk to deliver at homes in the hands of traditional birth attendants instead of professionals at medical facilities.

Betty Agio Duku on Friday says that delivering at medical facilities saves mothers and babies from blood infections and other arising complications during delivery, Radio Easter reported.

The midwife reminds pregnant mothers to attend antenatal care services regularly and deliver at medical facilities for healthy babies.
