The Chairman of Equatoria States Union for Visually Impaired or ESUVI Levi Sunday Clement called for help to people with disabilities in the country despite crisis.
He told Radio Bakhita on Wednesday that the crisis in the country not only inflicts government but also people with disabilities.
Mr Clement says the Union is facing a lot of challenges including finances to reach other centers in Juba.
He urges government, non-governmental organizations and the community to listen to the people living with disability.
ESUVI is Union was formed to assist visual impaired persons in the Equatoria States.
