Yei Catholic Bishop says guns are to be used for protecting people’s lives and property not for stealing, killing, robbing and destroying.
Bishop Erkolano Lodu Tombe observes that there are people who glory on guns acquired illegally for disturbing peace in various areas of South Sudan, warning them to be careful on the usage, Radio Easter reported.
The catholic prelate urges Christians to pray for change of mind, hearts and attitudes in the country.
The Catholic Bishop spoke on Sunday during English service at Christ the King Cathedral.
