A female teacher in Juba has warned husbands and wives against open quarrels in the presence of children, saying such fighting disturbs children mind to the extent of affecting their learning in school.
Teacher Basa Catherine says parents should learn to resolve or talk conflicting issues in an amicable manner.
She advises couples not to show family members their differences or frustrations.
The teacher says working women and men should learn to cooperate, understand and share responsibility for a happy family life.
Teacher Basa observes that if families plan together and share responsibilities they can stay in peace.
