Community Empowerment for Progress Organization or CEPO in Wau, Western Bahr El Ghazal State on Wednesday raised concerns on IGAD Plus proposal, calling for equal power sharing among all states.
CEPO State Coordinator Stephen Robo Musa says specification of power sharing in the regions will create more problems in seven states, Radio Voice of Hope reported.
He questions why Abyei and Pibor are not mentioned in the IGAD Plus proposal, wondering whether the agreement is meant for specific areas.
