Eastern Equatoria graduates from Hawassa University in Ethiopia presented a petition to the state government over challenges they faced while for studies.
Student representative Iyaa Beatrice on Monday said they presented the petition to State Education Minister Paska Hifita Oduho in Torit, Radio Easter reported.
She also cites achievements of the graduates including their performance in creating a history.
State Education Minister Paska Hifita says the government faced challenges of lack of hard currency to respond to the students’ issues.
At least 45 students sent on government scholarship to Hawassa University in Ethiopia completed their studies and graduated with diplomas.
