A priest in the Catholic Archdiocese of Juba predicted that more war is expected after the President of the Republic reshuffles his cabinet.
Fr Oliver Nyara in his homily at St Charles Lwanga’s Chapel of St Joseph’s Parish on Sunday, says relieved ministers and other officials might go against the government, Radio Bakhita reported.
He cautions the country leadership against serving their own interests, urging them to emulate Jesus Christ who used spiritual policies to serve the people of God.
Meanwhile a priest in the Catholic Diocese of Torit Fr Nelson Afatio at the same Chapel on Sunday preached that the church is against revenge because God does not like it.
He encourages learners at all levels to focus on their studies for the betterment of their future and the country.
