Catholic Diocese of Yei Youth Chaplain challenges Yei Day Secondary School students to listen, understand and follow societal norms and values to be uniform in appearance and behaviour.

Fr Emmanuel Lodongo Sebit observes reckless dressing and disobedience among students, prompting him to conclude that South Sudanese students’ behaviour seems to be a fulfillment of Isaiah’s prophecy that people have the heart, ear and eye, but do not understand and follow the right path, Radio Easter reported.

The Youth Chaplain urges students and teachers to uphold trust and hope in God to foresee the future.

Fr Lodongo reminds the education arena to uphold kindness and generosity for one another.

The Youth Chaplain made the remarks at Yei Day Secondary School on Thursday.
