MP cautions IGAD against temporary peace deal dragging nation into another war

Yei River County Member of Parliament or MP in the National Legislative Assembly has cautioned Intergovernmental Authority on Development or IGAD and international community members of Troika mediating South Sudan conflict to avoid temporary peace agreement between government and SPLM/A in Opposition that drags the nation back to another war in future.
 
MP Bidali Moses Onesimo says the mediators should help the warring parties to work out a comprehensive solution that brings lasting peace, Radio Easter reported.
 
He criticizes the recent power sharing proposal presented by IGAD and propositions on having two armies under different commands.
 
Central Equatoria State Information Minister also a State Member of Parliament Suba Samuel Manasseh urges citizens to jointly work for peace, observing that mid December 2013 violence in Juba was a temptation and a lesson to South Sudanese people that war is destructive.
 
The legislators made the statements during the launch of Yei Green Valley Hotel, so far the first skyscraper structure with 60 rooms.
