Unlike societal perception on male domination, girls lead boys at Chamri Primary School in Kumbur Payam of Heiban County in the Nuba Mountains.
Girls take the first positions from primary two through class five at Chamri Primary School making it exceptional, Voice of Peace reported.
The school head teacher Nyalu Hakim Karalla cites many challenges facing the school including lack of proper classrooms and few teachers.
He reveals that the school has four teachers only, three male and one female.
