The Association of Media in South Sudan Development or AMDISS Chairperson says to end public institutions’ accusations against journalists for fair, accurate reporting, politicians and security personnel need training alongside media practitioners.

Alfred Taban while launching media training on Tuesday at Safari Park Hotel in Wau vowed to continue perfecting journalists across South Sudan to see fairness and accuracy according to Media Law, Voice of Hope reported.

Western Bahr El Ghazal State Information Ministry Director General John Jongo David calls on journalists to comply with Media Law in their daily work.

He cautions media houses against broadcasting information that incites chaos.

AMDISS is expected to conduct the same training in other states after covering Eastern, Western Equatoria and Northern Bahr El Ghazal States.
