Eagle Grip for Security and Services Company guards on Wednesday raised complaints to the management to increase their salaries, describing them unsatisfactory.

Guards’ representative Ohuru Simon says they also demand for prompt payment effective from the end of every month instead of the fifth of the next month, Radio Bakhita reported.

He demands off days’ implementation as stipulated in their contract agreement and double pay on public holidays.

The guards accuse their supervisors of unfair treatment, saying the supervisors consider other employees as enemies.

An anonymous official from Eagle Grip for Security and Services Company Human Resources Management assures the guards of redressing overtime and off days.
