Western Bahr El Gazal State cabinet in its ordinary sitting on Thursday approves thirty-two thousand and eight hundred South Sudanese Pounds to Gender, Child and Social Development ministry for surveying children without parental care within Wau town.
Government spokesperson Mary Karlino Madut told the media after meeting that the approval came after Gender minister Naima Abbas presented a memo by as one of her Ministry’s policies for 2015, Radio Voice of Hope reported.
In 2012 ministry of Gender surveyed with the help of partners and found more than 400 children in Wau town main market.
Minister Mary adds that the cabinet also agreed to send two female teachers: Angelina Anthony Ubur and Helena Henry Tade-wee from the State Education Ministry for further studies at the University of Bahr El Ghazal.
