The Network of Civil Society Organization Forum in Yei urges state and national governments to take a lead in delivering basic services to local communities in the country.
The Forum Secretary-General Dara Felix says citizens at the grassroots are in need of drugs supply, clean drinking water and education, Radio Easter reported.
He stresses that it is government’s responsibility to serve South Sudan citizens not the mandate of UN or any other county.
The Secretary-General reveals that the civil society organizations are working very hard in supplementing government’s efforts on service delivery and development.
