Yei Catholic Bishop on Pentecost Sunday urges South Sudanese citizens and leaders to choose doing the best by working to end the war and striving for peace.
Bishop Erkolano Lodu Tombe acknowledges that citizens and leaders demonstrated their capability of doing the best in the country through the registration of the nation as Caritas Internationalis member and the independence in 2011, Radio Easter reported.
Bishop Lodu laments that many times South Sudanese choose to do the worst, citing corruption, jealously and power struggle evidenced through the recurring war.
The Catholic Prelate appeals to South Sudan leaders and citizens to embrace love for one another to realize a lasting peace.
