WBG Faratit to draft their customary laws

Faratit leaders in Western Bahr El Ghazal State are unanimously agreeing in a three-day conference to draft customary laws to handle cases of murder, marriages and other minor disputes among their communities.
 
Lawyer Arkangelo Ngofo Tartizio on Thursday says that they aim at empowering chiefs on customary laws to minimize social disagreement in different communities, radio Voice of Hope reported.
 
Women Development Groups representative Rabha Elis Bandas commends Faratit community and government authorities move to form traditional laws that put people into justice.
 
The conference that started on Tuesday ended today resolving further consultations with the respective Faratit communities.
