Police authorities say the rate of accidents is recorded to be on decline in Yei River County of Central Equatoria State.
Yei Traffic Police Officer First Lieutenant Martin Taban Santo says his department did not record major cases for the last two months, Radio Easter reported.
He attributes the reduction to routine operation and arrest due to violation of traffic rules and regulations.
The Officer explains that operation reduces accidents in the town and insecurity in the markets by checking on details on motorcycles and cars without numbers.
