The top lady in South Sudan, Umerani Grace Bismarck with extreme happiness, appeals to the state and national governments to support her tertiary education to fulfill her dreams of becoming a medical doctor.
The top candidates recalls that she was committed and focused on studies and usually prays in the classroom for success because she grew up in the orphanage under the care of Sister Bianca Bii who paid for her studies since kindergarten.
This year, Abangite College produced the best female candidate in the whole country and best male candidate in Western Equatoria State, both from science section.
