Juba City Council is making continuous efforts by distributing water medicines to all water tankers vehicles getting water directly from the Nile.
Public Health Director in the Municipality Kalisto Lukudu says they are not able to provide enough for the tankers, calling on the national government to avail enough money for the project, Radio Bakhita reported.
He recalls that the Municipality began the distribution of chlorine tablets last year, encouraging beneficiaries to use them because they are not harmful.
Mr Lukudu urges citizens not to buy un-chlorinated water to prevent them from getting diseases.
