Persons living with disability in Yei River County of Central Equatoria State are calling for empowerment from government and Non Governmental Organizations or NGOs
Chairperson Cox Wai-Wai believes that empowering them through mental and vocational skills would enable them transform and contribute towards nation building, Radio Easter reported.
He stresses that if only they are empowered, they can perform very well despite disability.
The Chairperson laments that physically they are seen unable but mentally they have sound mind.
