Sacred Heart Malual-bab Parish of Rumbek Catholic Diocese is training ten catechists for two days on preaching skills.
Parish Priest Henry Kidudu told Good News Radio on Friday that the training is to empower catechists on the word of God before they preach to the faithful in their various Chapels.
He cites lack of proper formation and transport as major challenges for their catechists.
The training that started on Friday is expected to end on Saturday and the catechists return to their respective chapels and prayer centres.
