Yei River County Department of Labour in Central Equatoria State expresses readiness to train employers and employees in organizations on labour laws to enable them know their roles.
Labour Establishment Officer Paul Ohisa Thomas says the office realized a big gap between employer and employees as un-procedural contract terminations and illegal resolutions of work disputes are high, Radio Easter reported.
Mr Ohisa is also asking citizens of Yei River County seeking employment to take their applications and qualifications to the office for them to submit to any organization in need of workers.
Labour Establishment Officer Ohisa was speaking to the media on Wednesday.
