Yei Catholic Bishop on Sunday installed Fr Andrew Marek of Divine Word Missionary as new Holy Family Lainya Parish Priest.
Presiding over the Eucharistic celebration, Bishop Erkolano Lodu Tombe encourages the new pastor to work together with Holy Family parishioners for the development of the area, Radio Easter reported.
He on all Christians especially youth should rise together like Jesus in faith and action not only talking.
Bishop Lodu on Monday officially handed over Lainya parish responsibility to the new parish priest, thanked the former for his tireless work since 2012,
He urges parishioners to support Fr Andrew ease work.
Bishop Lodu Tombe appeals to all Christians to forgive the person who burned the houses of Holy Family Lainya priest, calling on them to continue praying for the lives of the priests in fulfilling God’s ministry.
