Lainya County Advisor urges youth to avoid excessive drinking of alcohol for parents to have hope on their future.
Enosa Lucky Yoana says alcohol cause diseases that kill young people at early age leaving their families to suffer, Radio Easter reported.
He tells youth to reduce consumption of alcohol to ease development which according to him is a collective responsibility of every citizen in the country.
Mr Lucky says for a country to grow their must be peace, love, unity through going to the church for prayers to eliminate all evil deeds of the Satan.
On the same occasion, Lainya Payam Deputy Director Swaka Ambrojo calls on citizens to embrace peace, love and unity to achieve development.
He expresses Lainya County government’s sadness over the burning of the priests’ houses pledging that the Commissioner would rebuild them.
The two officials spoke during the visit of Yei Catholic Bishop to the Holy Family Parish Lainya on Sunday.
