Yei Municipal Co-curriculum Activities Authority is expected to call the thirty one schools which did not participate in the recent athletics tournament to explain reasons for failing to let their pupils partake.
John Wesley says out of 64 schools, 33 participated in the tournament though it was a compulsory competition, Radio Easter reported.
He says the schools which did not show up would next week explain their failure and those found guilty would be charged double by paying 50 percent of the collections.
The official discloses that three-day inter-Payams tournament is expected to kick off on Friday.
The supervisor urges school administrations to let children participate in the tournament in order to identify and develop their talents.
