Flying Eagles Football Club in Lainya County of Central Equatoria on Friday won the South Sudan cup defeating Mankato United FC two goals to one.
County Football Association Secretary-General Mawa Thomas told Radio Easter on Saturday that Flying Eagles would participate in the upcoming national tournament.
He says thousands of spectators including County Commissioner Huda Michael Laila, Yei Mayor Santo Paul Lasuba, Yei Football Association Head John James Wani and delegates from the state witnessed the final match.
