Over 50 students leave for Ethiopian tertiary training

The national government on Wednesday dispatches 54 students for Ethiopian tertiary training scholarships to eradicate foreign domination in the construction industry.
 
Education Ministry Training and External Relations Director-General Benjamin Gabriel Apai while biding farewell to the students at Juba Airport, said the government expects the learners abroad to bring home radical change after four-year course completion.
 
Students’ representative Majuoy Tuak hails the government for securing the Ethiopian scholarships after many years of education and development deprivation, saying knowledge is development itself and the future depends on present deeds.
 
The Ethiopian government under the terms of the sponsorship caters for tuition and accommodation fees while South Sudan government caters for the students’ monthly allowances of 100 US Dollars and air tickets to and fro the country.
