Traffic Director in Rumbek, Lakes State blames government drivers for violating laws by driving recklessly during day and evening hours when traffic officers are not on duty.

Isaac Chol Arol pleads to police, fire brigade, prison and army drivers to respect traffic laws and behave like civilian drivers, Radio Good News reported.

Director Chol says insecurity in Rumbek forces the traffic police to close their duties early compared to 2013, when they were working up to 12:00 midnight.

Mr Chol Arol warned parents against allowing underage children to ride motorbikes in the town, saying big fine is waiting should they cause an accident.
