Tombura-Yambio Catholic Bishop on Easter Vigil n on Saturday baptized 75 and confirmed 14 children at St Mary Parish Yambio.
Bishop Barani Edward Hiiboro Kussala urges parents to help the children to grow well in knowledge and fear of God, Radio Anisa reported.
He says the church prepares its people for good five weeks spiritually to meet God and be in touch with him.
Bishop Hiiboro says the resurrection of Jesus Christ is good news for Christians to live in peace and hope in church, families, places of work and the neighborhood.
The Bishop calls on Christians to pray that Easter removes war in South Sudan to provide peace and salvation.
