Western Bahr El Ghazal Governor refutes claims of having hand in the removal of the state assembly former speaker Andrea Mayor Acho.
Rizik Zachariah Hassan in an interview to Radio Voice of Hope says the impeachment of the former speaker followed normal procedures without his hand, describing MP Mayor opening the case as a ‘reaction to his vote out’.
The Governor pities the grieved MPs over misuse of terminologies describing the assembly normal proceedings as a ‘coup’ by him against the speaker.
Governor Zachariah asserts that the grieved MPs should question the assembly that elected and removed the speaker.
The Governor requests the grieve assembly members to joint their colleagues in the state as ordinary MPs.
