Wau Catholic Diocese for the first time after Comprehensive Peace Agreement will celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ without the Bishop who is travelling to Italy for treatment.
Antonio Badoa Bussere Parish Priest Natale Emilio told the congregation during Palm Sunday mass that Bishop Rudolf Deng Majak went for blood pressure treatment, Radio Voice of Hope reported.
He said the Diocese is expected to send the holy oil to Mayan Apon to be blessed by the retired Bishop of El Obeid Macram Max.
The Parish Priest assured believers of bishop’s good health, urging them to pray for him.
