The Catholic Archbishop of Juba on Wednesday returned from his four-day pastoral visit to Christ the King Parish Tali.
Catholic Archdiocese of Juba Secretary General Fr Gabriel Asida told Radio Bakhita on Thursday that Archbishop Paolino Lukudu Loro confirmed 415 candidates: 225 in the main parish and 190 in Rume Chapel of Tindilo.
He said people of Tali accorded to them a jubilant reception and raised a number of complains including insecurity, lack of water sources and poor roads leading to Tali.
The Secretary General reported that Archbishop Lukudu revealed a plan to establish a new parish in Tindilo if the Archdiocese gets enough priests to bring the people in the area near to God and give them services.
