Communities of Tonj South County in Warrap State are mourning a community leader and a prominent medical doctor James Marial Dhet who passed away in Tonj Civil hospital on Wednesday evening after battling with hepatitis B.
Tonj South Commissioner William Wol Mayom after declaring three days of mourning described the late Marial as a humble, generous and hard working man, Radio Don Bosco reported.
Commissioner Wol explained that the late Marial was brought back from Egypt after getting three-month drugs, regretting that Tonj South lost a great irreplaceable person.
Commissioner Wol said the late would be remembered for his great works in the history of Tonj as one of the founding doctors of Tonj Civil hospital.
