A health service agency identified as Alliance International is equipping Eastern Equatoria primary and secondary school teachers to prevent HIV/AIDS scourge in schools and communities.
Alliance International official Oniko Joseph says teachers’ knowledge on sexuality, gender and HIV/AIDS as a reproductive health infection helps them to mitigate the pandemic, Radio Emmanuel reported.
The Alliance International discloses that it has not been able to carry out HIV/AIDS prevention awareness in many insecure areas of Eastern Equatoria State.
