Three youth of Kwörijik-Luri village in Northern Bari Payam of Juba County, Central Equatoria State were killed and six others injured when Mundari cattle keepers attacked the area on Sunday.
Northern Bari Payam Acting Paramount Chief James Yacoub told CRN that Denis Pitya Simon, Franco Tongun Loro were shot at morning hours while Joseph Wani Cirilo was killed in the evening.
He said Frederick Kulang, Anthony Wani, John Wani, Lodu Jada and two others with minor injuries are admitted at Juba Teaching Hospital.
Chief Yacoub said all residents of Kwörijik-Luri are displaced and that many are now at Juba One Boys Basic School and some few went to Luri-Rokwe area.
He lamented that the cattle keepers brought their cows to graze at the farm lands of Kworijik residents and prompted disagreement.
He said the death bodies were brought to the Hospital for post mortem.
The Chief called on the government to rescue the situation because even the burial of the death bodies would be difficult as the attackers are still there.
He also called on the non-governmental organizations, state government and well wishers to assist the displaced people who are in deplorable situation.
