The Intergovernmental Authority on Development or IGAD Peace and Security Director said leaders are expected to hold an extraordinary summit on Sunday in Addis Ababa to discuss the ongoing conflict in South Sudan.
Tewolde Gebremeskel said the warring parties are also expected to present their positions on power sharing and other affairs, Radio Bakhita reported.
He cited that the regional bloc in November gave the conflicting parties 15 days to resolve their differences and reach an agreement.
