Wau County SPLM Chairperson downplayed Commissioner’s demand of office transfer to Ngo Baggari terming it ‘unconstitutional and against the party code of conduct’.
Anthony Charles Mberende was reacting to Commissioner Eliah Kamilo Dimo’s statement giving SPLM office one week ultimatum to transfer to Ngo Baggari, Radio Voice of Hope reported.
He clarified that it is only the state to direct the office transfer based on the amended party Constitution.
The SPLM Chairperson advised the Commissioner to present a proposal on the office transfer subject to discussions.
Mr Mberende urged SPLM cadres to abide by the party Constitution and Code Of Conduct.
