Western Bahr El Ghazal State Governor in his New Year’s message admitted that 2014 was a difficult moment for the state progress, expecting 2015 to be better.
Rizik Zachariah Hassan reported that the state experienced, market high prices, bad roads and security burden in 2014, Radio Voice of Hope reported.
He called for an end to power struggle among South Sudanese the 2015.
The Governor hoped the New Year brings peace, love and reconciliation among the people, wishing happy New Year to all his citizens.
On the same occasion, National Minister of Youth, Sports and Culture Nadia Arop Dudi reminded the youth to be nationalistic and use all the strength they have for nation building.
She cautioned Western Bahr El Ghazal youth not to be taken up by the desire for war, calling for change of attitude.
The Minister wished the people of Western Bahr El Ghazal a happy New Year, praying that the 2015 be full of peace and stability across the country.
