Sudan People’s Liberation Movement for Democratic Change or SPLM-DC on Monday said the Transitional Constitution is politicized yet it is supposed to be neutral.
SPLM-DC Chairman Lam Akol on Monday argued that it is unconstitutional to carry out elections without peace in the country.
Dr Lam Akol declared that political parties are not for elections because peace is the priority to South Sudanese, calling on the conflicting parties to stop war.
SPLM-DC leader spoke during the celebration of Christmas and the coming New Year marking the opening of their new office in Hai Thoura in Juba.
