Kuku musicians’ group known as Hard Life Avenue and Ma’di Compo group launched Skyline International Promotions appealing for togetherness as among South Sudanese; Kuku and Ugandans; Ma’di to end cross border fracas.
Lupai Samuel Kenyi known by the artistic name Sweetheart Sambro called for reconciliation song between Kajo-Keji County of South Sudan and Moyo District of Uganda.
He added that grieved South Sudanese are tired of bullets, bloodshed and tears pleading that communal conflict should stop to give peace a chance.
The artiste called on governments and Non-governmental Organizations to support peace initiative of community awareness in Kajo-Keji, Moyo and Adjumani Districts that witnessed bloody clashes in recent months disrupting education, health and business services.
Elders believe social fabric between the border conflicting communities remains unbroken amidst killings.
