Canterbury Archbishop Welby meets Archbishop Lukudu in Juba

The Anglican Archbishop of Canterbury on Friday met Catholic Archbishop of Juba to discuss the destiny of God suffering South Sudanese people.
 
Archbishop Justin Welby said they prayed and talked together about many issues with Archbishop Paolino Lukudu Loro including the suffering of citizens in IDPs’ and refugee camps, Radio Bakhita reported.

Archbishop Welby said in the advent season, Jesus would return in victory and all injustice and wrongs would be set right.

The Anglican Archbishop was in South Sudan for the second time after meeting with President Salva Kiir earlier this year when he told political leaders to forgive, repent and reconcile with one another.
