A Catholic priest urged Christians to obey God and respect the national Transitional Constitution.
Fr Marko Tong on Sunday at Sacred Heart Parish-Malualbad preached that ‘a good Christian is a person who respects the Constitution of the nation and continue doing the will of God without mistakes’, Good News Radio reported.
He urged citizens to respect some laws that interfere with the Constitution and the Bible like the abortion.
The priest denounced corruption in government institutions where many people are receiving salaries while doing nothing.
Fr Tong urged leaders who put the names of their relatives in government pay sheets to stop cheating the nation and retarding development.
