Rumbek Catholic Diocesan Coordinator said they are celebrating the feast of St Daniel Comboni with an appeal for the founding father of faith to intercede for peace in South Sudan.
Fr John Mathiang Machol said the Diocese prepared to commemorate this year’s feast in a very special way and continue to pray for peace, Good News Radio reported.
Comboni Primary School headmaster James Mayom urged all faithful to join them in celebrating the feast of their patron who was the first to bring the word of God to Africa and Rumbek Catholic Diocese.
