Yei Mayor urges citizens to stay normal after military reinforcement

Yei Mayor on Wednesday urged citizens to stay and resume normal work because a reinforcement force of Brigade Seven arrived to maintain security in the Municipality.
 
Speaking upon his arrival from Juba, Santo Paul Lasuba, clarified that the situation was under control, calling on citizens not to panic, Easter Radio reported.
 
He warned citizens against fabricating conditions of the wounded soldiers referred to Juba including Lieutenant Isaac Lual, because they are recovering.
 
The Mayor added that the registered death cases remain only three people.
 
Yei town became calm on Tuesday following a violent clash among wounded heroes over payments leaving three veterans dead and 15 others injured.
