Rumbek Catholic Diocesan Coordinator urged the general public to stop going to witchdoctors in search of power.
Fr John Mathiang Machol said visiting witchcrafts is evil, advising people to avoid causing to themselves more problems, Good News Radio reported.
The Coordinator explained that for peace to prevail in Lakes State, people have to work together, identify and arrest the culprits and punish them.
He said another solution to Lakes’ problem is massive disarmament because guns should only be carried by trained people.
