CES government gives Lainya second season’s seeds

Central Equatoria Agriculture and Forestry Ministry gave Lainya County seeds for the second planting season to boost food production in the state.
 
County Agriculture Assistant Commissioner Paul Longole said his department would distribute the seeds to farmers through sale in all payams, Easter Radio reported.
 
He called on the farmers to turn up for the seed distribution, urging them to take and plant the seeds during the current heavy rainy time.
 
A senior farmer Simon Lodu expressed his gratitude to the state for giving them seeds.
 
He urged the ministry to avail the seeds early next time and bring many varieties.
 
The County Agriculture Assistant Commissioner is expected with his staff of to arrange for the distribution of the second season seeds.
