South Sudan African National Union or SSANU fired its Western Bahr El Ghazal Chairperson and Secretary for paying allegiance to the former leader.
SSANU party delegation Bol Toby Maduot head accused the former state chairperson Barsham Musa and his secretary Hassan Rajab of confusing the party, Voice of Hope reported.
He said the two were fired from the party for welcoming the ideology of their former leader Abraham Kot Riek who was dismissed and formed another party within SSANU.
The head of the delegation announced that Lino Juma is the new SSANU state chairperson with Zachariah Madut Chan as the secretary.
The former party deputy chairperson Thomas Emilio Bako warned that a member who violates the Constitution would be dismissed.
He called on all members to work hard for peace in the country in order to create a ground for sustainable development.
