The Catholic Bishop of Tombura-Yambio described Emeritus Bishop Joseph Gasi Abangite who passed away on Saturday as a much disciplined man who ‘never played with his health’.
Bishop Barani Edwardo Hiiboro on Sunday called on the faithful of the Diocese to learn from health care of the late Emeritus Bishop, Anisa Radio reported.
He acknowledged the fact that the late Bishop Gasi was a wise and visionary leader who retired smoothly.
Bishop Hiiboro called on the faithful to thank God for the life of the late Emeritus Bishop Gasi.
Emeritus Bishop Joseph Gasi Abangite who died on Saturday is expected to be buried on Tuesday evening in Yambio.
